Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing the business landscape, offering significant opportunities for small businesses to enhance efficiency and scalability. This study investigates the ways in which AI-driven tools and technologies optimize resource management, customer engagement, and operational processes for small enterprises. Through a critical analysis of existing literature, the paper highlights the barriers and enablers of AI adoption, including cost, technical expertise, and integration challenges. The findings suggest that, when effectively implemented, AI can empower small businesses to compete with larger organizations by automating routine tasks, personalizing customer experiences, and providing actionable insights. However, the study also emphasizes the importance of strategic planning and ethical considerations in leveraging AI. The insights aim to guide small business owners, policymakers, and stakeholders in fostering an ecosystem conducive to AI-driven innovation.
