This research examines the transformative impact of digitalization on Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) across various industries. By adopting advanced digital technologies, SMEs can achieve operational efficiency, enhance customer engagement, and gain competitive advantages. Despite these benefits, SMEs face significant challenges, including resource constraints, skill shortages, and resistance to change. This study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative data from industry reports with qualitative insights from case studies. The findings highlight key drivers and barriers to digital transformation, offering actionable recommendations for SMEs and policymakers to foster sustainable growth through technology adoption.
