Abstract

Organizational culture plays a pivotal role in shaping employee behavior, fostering engagement, and ensuring retention in modern businesses. This study explores the relationship between organizational culture and its impact on employee satisfaction, motivation, and loyalty. Using qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, the article examines case studies and statistical data from diverse industries. Results suggest that a positive organizational culture enhances engagement by creating a sense of belonging and purpose. Furthermore, businesses with strong cultural frameworks report lower turnover rates, highlighting the importance of cultural alignment in retention strategies. The findings emphasize the need for organizations to cultivate a supportive environment that aligns with employee values, thereby driving sustainable business growth. Practical recommendations for managers are provided to build and sustain a robust organizational culture. The research contributes to the growing body of literature on human resource management and organizational behavior by offering insights into the dynamic interplay between culture and workforce dynamics.
